The Role
As Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy operation while supporting and developing a team of pharmacists and technicians. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure workflow efficiency, compliance, quality standards, and exceptional patient service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Managing workflow across fulfillment and pharmacy operations
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and service standards
• Coaching, training, and developing team members
• Handling escalations and resolving operational issues
• Supporting inventory management and pharmacy compliance
• Partnering with leadership on new programs and process improvements
• Ensuring adherence to Board of Pharmacy regulations and company SOPs
What We're Looking For
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license required; active Kentucky and Florida pharmacist licenses strongly preferred
• 3+ years of pharmacist experience, ideally within specialty, fulfillment, or central fill pharmacy settings
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• A passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development
