About the Role
Salary: $185,000 Base Salary
Relocation Assistance: Negotiable
Bonus: 5.77%
Schedule: Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility required based on operational needs. Facility hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance across all channels. As PIC, you’ll take ownership of regulatory standards, shaping how the pharmacy maintains its high-quality service. Mentoring pharmacists and technicians will be a key part of your impact, helping to develop future leaders.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll improve fulfillment processes, scalability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also lead quality assurance programs, keeping patient care and prescription accuracy at the highest level.
What you’ll do
• Drive pharmacy and fulfillment operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
• Serve as PIC, maintaining adherence to all federal and state regulations
• Manage and develop pharmacy staff, fostering continuous improvement and accountability
• Collaborate on optimizing workflows, inventory systems, and operational scalability
• Implement quality assurance programs to ensure precise and safe fulfillment
• Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth
What you’ll need
• Pharmacist licensed in multiple states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Leadership experience in pharmacy operations, managing both people and processes
• Strong understanding of pharmacy law, compliance, and operational best practices
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment or central fill pharmacy settings
