A leading 503A compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Pharmacist Sales Manager to drive growth and help clients achieve better outcomes.

• Represent the organization at industry events and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, driving pipeline growth.
• Conduct client needs assessments and align solutions with clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes that impact pharmacy sales.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion initiatives.
• Partner with account managers to ensure smooth transitions from sale to ongoing client support.
What we’re looking for:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with an active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3–5+ years of pharmacy experience (managed care, PBM, specialty, clinical, or retail preferred).
• Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare sales, business development, or commercial roles is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
