Why join now?
The timing is a huge part of the opportunity. This company is still in the early stages of what they are building. They have ambitious plans for multi state expansion and are investing heavily in their people, technology, processes and pharmacy operations. Joining now means you have the chance to grow alongside the business rather than joining years down the line when everything is already established.
For the right person, this could be the start of a long term career with a company that has the ambition and resources to become a major player in the 503A compounding space.
If you want more than just another pharmacy technician job and want the opportunity to be part of something that is growing, this is worth exploring.
