About the Role
• Salary: £140,000–£150,000
• Schedule: 40 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Shifts: Combination of opening and closing shifts
• Team: 20 pharmacy technicians and 3 staff pharmacists
• Volume: 2,800–3,000 prescriptions per week

Key Responsibilities (Pharmacist In Charge)
• Lead daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate, safe prescription filling.
• Guide, support, and inspire your team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional patient counseling and clinical services.
• Manage inventory, controlled substances, and audit readiness.
• Drive workflow efficiency and create a positive, patient-centered culture.
Requirements
• Active Iowa pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain).
• Leadership or management experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for patient care.
