We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, tech-enabled compounding pharmacy that's licensed in over 40 states and rapidly expanding nationwide. They support some of the most innovative digital health and telemedicine platforms, providing high-volume prescription fulfillment through sterile and non-sterile compounding.
They’re currently looking for a multi-state licensed pharmacist who is confident working in a mail-order environment, with strong attention to compliance and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
About the Role:
• Review and verify compounded prescriptions for patients across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy ops, compliance, and clinical teams
• Assist with audits, inspections, and maintaining state board requirements
• Support and scale the pharmacy’s national licensure and regulatory footprint
Ideal Candidate:
• Actively licensed as a pharmacist in multiple U.S. states
• Willing and able to quickly obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy
• Deep understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced mail-order setting
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
