About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a multi-state pharmacist to join a fast-growing 503A compounding pharmacy in Houston. This is a rare chance to work with a team that truly values energy, positivity, and long-term commitment.
Successful candidates will have a background in sterile compounding and be ambitious to earn up to 19 additional pharmacist licenses over time. The company will provide full support and sponsorship for each license, with bonuses for every license earned. What You’ll Do:
• Verify sterile compounded prescriptions for accuracy and compliance across multiple states
• Maintain compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
• Act as a quality checkpoint in the dispensing process using LifeFile software
• Participate in audits and maintain inspection readiness (State Boards, DEA, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians, compounders, and leadership
• Support the scaling of operations as the pharmacy grows its licensure and production
